The position is full-time and tenure-track, requiring a Master’s Degree in Education or related credentials, and a commitment to on-site teaching and student success across diverse populations in a community college setting.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Education or equivalent with 18 graduate hours in education courses from a regionally accredited college.
• Interest in alternative instructional delivery methods and population diversity.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills; strong collaboration abilities.

Responsibilities

• Prepare curriculum, including writing syllabi and selecting textbooks.
• Develop and teach learning frameworks classes using traditional and alternative delivery methods, including dual enrollment at local high schools.
• Assist in student advisement and serve on college committees; contribute to student success initiatives.
• Perform other faculty duties as assigned; maintain 100% on-site presence.
