About The Opportunity

We’re seeking a Learning Experience Designer to craft a premium, high-impact course experience for business executives that educates and entertains. LX Designers are creative producers and strategic thinkers—shaping vision, strategy, and narrative from concept to execution.

You’ll work closely with instructors, subject matter experts, and internal teams to build transformative learning journeys. You’ll be responsible for creating final content, requiring strong editorial, storytelling, and copywriting skills.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in ambiguity, thinks systematically like a systems designer, and brings a writer’s precision to educational storytelling.

This is a temporary full-time role - 40 hours per week, 4-6 months.

What You Will Do
  1. Lead end-to-end course design, from strategy to content delivery.
  2. Guide course narrative with the Executive Producer & Supervising Producer.
  3. Write scripts, copy, and educational assets (learning modules, assessments, reflection prompts, supplemental materials).
  4. Collaborate with instructors and internal teams to shape cohesive learning experiences.
  5. Conduct research to inform course goals, learner personas, and curriculum structure.
  6. Translate complex topics into engaging, outcome-driven learning journeys.
  7. Iterate based on learner data, feedback, and metrics.
  8. Manage feedback and revisions with stakeholders.
  9. Coordinate with visual designers and product teams to ensure engaging content.
About You
  1. 5+ years in content development, learning experience design, or instructional storytelling, preferably in media, publishing, edtech, or agencies.
  2. Exceptional writing and editorial skills with experience producing high-quality content.
  3. Ability to design engaging learning experiences across formats (video, written, assessments, interactive).
  4. Comfortable working independently and navigating ambiguity.
  5. Strong understanding of learner-centered design principles.
  6. Experience working with external stakeholders or high-profile experts.

Please include your portfolio and relevant samples.
