We’re seeking a Learning Experience Designer to craft a premium, high-impact course experience for business executives that educates and entertains. LX Designers are creative producers and strategic thinkers—shaping vision, strategy, and narrative from concept to execution.
You’ll work closely with instructors, subject matter experts, and internal teams to build transformative learning journeys. You’ll be responsible for creating final content, requiring strong editorial, storytelling, and copywriting skills.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in ambiguity, thinks systematically like a systems designer, and brings a writer’s precision to educational storytelling.
This is a temporary full-time role - 40 hours per week, 4-6 months.

Hourly Range: $60-$80 USD (NYC/CA/WA). The range may vary based on location.
