Sr Experience Designer (healthcare)

We are looking for a Senior Experience Designer to help create market-leading health care experiences that transform the relationship between our members and their health care. Our digital products, experiences, and engagement strategies must reflect and empower the relationship we have with the people we serve – all in service of making our members’ health journeys easier.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in UX/UI/Experience Design or related field
• 5+ years of experience in UX design or equivalent education and experience
• Strong portfolio demonstrating evidence-based design solutions, polished visuals, and scalable components
• Experience creating design systems, wireframing, prototyping, and visual design
• Knowledge of human-centered design methodologies and accessibility standards
• Proficiency in Figma and other design tools
• Excellent communication skills and ability to justify design decisions

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to facilitate design discussions
• Define features and contribute to product strategy
• Ensure high-quality implementation of designs in partnership with Engineering
• Use user research and data analysis to inform design decisions
• Leverage and evolve the design system for creating flows, prototypes, and visuals
• Develop features that improve understanding of health products and services
• Seek feedback to refine and improve designs

Additional Information

Salary range: $100k–$136k, with a bonus target of 15%. The full range is $94k Low / $118k MRP / $154k High.
