Job summary

Penske Truck Leasing Co., L.P. is seeking a Learning and Development Consultant (Remote) to partner with the Collision team on talent development initiatives.

The role combines facilitation, instructional design, and program delivery to enhance associate skills and leadership capabilities across the organization. The position requires 3+ years in adult learning, with facilitation and instructional design experience, and familiarity with Articulate 360.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred, or equivalent work experience
• 3+ years of related work experience
• 3+ years of adult learning and development experience preferred
• 1 year of virtual and in-person facilitation and presentation skills required
• 1 year of Instructional Design experience required
• Strong project and program management skills preferred
• Knowledgeable in Articulate 360, including Storyline 360 and Rise 360
• Executive presence and strong communication skills
• Willingness to travel up to 20-25%

Responsibilities

• Facilitate interactive instructor led training sessions for Collision (in-person and virtual)
• Support program manager in delivering programs
• Operate and maintain learning technologies and systems used for training delivery
• Track completion data and learning metrics and report them
• Create and maintain training deliverables (participant guides, facilitator guides, slide decks, job aids, eLearning)
• Design and implement short-term solutions with SMEs to develop skills and role clarity
• Collaborate on strategic initiatives within the Collision learning and development team
