Job summary

The University of Chicago Booth School of Business is seeking a Learning Experience Designer to collaborate with faculty on instructional goals, course development, and the integration of learning technologies. The LED will create training programs, online materials, and seminars to support in-person, online, and hybrid courses.

Qualified candidates will have a Bachelor's degree (Master’s or PhD preferred) in instructional design or related field, 5–7 years of experience, and expertise in LMS

Qualifications

• Minimum 5–7 years of experience in instructional design and technology.
• Experience supporting university instructors in integrating technology for teaching and learning.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and deliver faculty training and workshops in educational tech.

Responsibilities

• Consult with faculty to define instructional goals and course design solutions.
• Identify and implement learning technologies to support teaching objectives.
• Develop training materials, documentation, and online resources for faculty and staff.
• Design assessments and evaluations for different course modalities and provide feedback.
