Job summary

Binding Minds Inc. is seeking a learning solutions designer to design, develop, localize, and maintain enterprise compliance training programs.

You will collaborate with Compliance, Legal, HR, IT, and other stakeholders to create engaging, accessible learning experiences that explain policies and promote ethical decision‑making. Your responsibilities include owning annual program reviews, expanding microlearning series, producing multimedia content, and coordinating localization across platforms

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Design and develop learning solutions across modalities (eLearning, microlearning, video).
• Own annual review, refresh, and deployment of enterprise compliance training.
• Develop microlearning campaigns reinforcing compliance concepts.
• Partner with SMEs to define objectives and translate policies into learning.
• Create and manage storyboards, scripts, assessments, and assets.
• Produce instructional videos and multimedia content for awareness initiatives.
• Manage multiple projects with intake, reviews, and deployment activities.
• Coordinate localization with vendors for multilingual delivery.
• Support LMS publishing, testing, troubleshooting, and learner experience.
• Maintain documentation and content libraries for updates and continuity.

Job description

Design, develop, localize, and maintain learning solutions supporting Compliance Office initiatives, including annual compliance training programs, microlearning campaigns, policy awareness efforts, and enterprise learning communications. Partner with Compliance, Legal, HR, IT, and other business stakeholders to create engaging, accessible, and scalable learning experiences that support employee understanding of company policies, ethical decision‑making, and compliance requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop learning solutions across multiple modalities, including eLearning, microlearning, video, communications, and performance support resources.
• Own the annual review, refresh, development, and deployment of enterprise compliance training programs.
• Develop and expand a microlearning series and other learning campaigns that reinforce compliance concepts through realistic workplace scenarios.
• Partner with stakeholders and subject matter experts (SMEs) to identify learning needs, define objectives, and translate complex policies, procedures, and business requirements into engaging learning experiences.
• Create and manage learning deliverables, including storyboards, scripts, assessments, multimedia assets, review materials, and final training products.
• Produce and edit instructional videos, graphics, animations, and other multimedia content to support learning and awareness initiatives.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, including intake, scheduling, stakeholder reviews, approvals, revisions, and deployment activities.
• Design learning solutions with localization in mind and coordinate with translation vendors and internal stakeholders to support multilingual delivery, quality assurance, and ongoing maintenance of translated content.
• Partner with LMS and technical teams to support content publishing, testing, troubleshooting, deployment, and learner experience across platforms.
• Maintain organized project documentation, source files, templates, translated assets, and content libraries to support efficient updates, annual refreshes, and continuity across learning programs.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience developing eLearning, microlearning, video‑based learning, and multimedia learning assets.
• Experience supporting translation and localization of learning content.
• Strong project management, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience supporting compliance, ethics, legal, risk, or policy‑related training initiatives.
• Ability to independently manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment.

Preferred Software Experience

• Articulate Storyline 360, Rise 360, and Review 360
• Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe Illustrator, After Effects
• Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Teams, and SharePoint
• Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and SCORM publishing standards
