Job summary

Jordan's in Reading, MA is offering a 10-week paid Retail Management Intern program starting June 7th, 2027. You will work in a fast-paced showroom environment, learning leadership, customer experience, staffing, and business execution under store managers and the leadership team.

The ideal candidate is a rising college senior pursuing Business or Retail, with or without prior retail experience. Travel to New England locations is required; some weekend shifts may be required.

Qualifications

• Rising college junior or senior pursuing a degree in Business or Retail or related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
• Previous retail or customer service experience is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Support leadership on store operations and customer experience.
• Participate in Intern Insights networking events.
• Assist with staff development and sales performance.
• Travel to multiple store locations as needed.
