Job summary

Replit, the agentic software creation platform, seeks a Product Marketing Manager to grow its core creation products, Design and Slides. You will shape positioning, lead launches, and identify channels that drive adoption and retention across a broad audience of builders.

This hands-on role sits at the intersection of Product, Engineering, Growth, Brand and Creative, requiring storytelling, market feedback, and execution to bring market-ready improvements to life.

Qualifications

• Self-starter who takes ownership, moves from strategy to execution.
• Audience-focused: translate customer insight into clear positioning and campaigns.
• Growth-minded: find creative ways to expand adoption and test channels.
• Deep product background with ability to translate capabilities into customer value.
• Strong product marketer with 4+ years of experience in product-led, consumer, creator, or developer-focused products.

Responsibilities

• Own the positioning and growth strategy for Replit’s core products (Design and Slides).
• Develop audience-focused narratives, identify new use cases and channels, drive adoption and engagement.
• Track competitors and customer needs, translate insights into sharper messaging and go-to-market decisions.
• Provide actionable feedback for Product and Engineering to improve market impact.
