Job summary

G&J Pepsi-Cola Bottlers, Inc. is seeking a Training and Development Specialist to support the CLD team in building and managing G&J's learning ecosystem.

You will administer the LMS, work with SMEs to create training solutions, and develop role-based learning paths and resources for employees. Responsibilities include LMS administration, course maintenance, needs analysis, and collaboration with cross‑functional partners to align programs with strategic objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education, HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in course development, video editing, and training.
• Experience with LMS and HRIS platforms; knowledge of SCORM; familiarity with ILT, VILT, and web-based training.

Responsibilities

• Acts as a liaison between L&D, business stakeholders, and learning service/content providers to support the delivery of learning solutions.
• Conducts training intake and needs analysis with SMEs and business partners to gather requirements and develop learning plans, courses, and supporting materials.
• Creates, updates, and maintains courses, learning plans, curricula, and training content for internal and external initiatives.
• Supports LMS administration activities, including enrollments, training records, user profiles, certifications, assessments, reporting, and data accuracy.
• Assists with LMS enhancements, testing, troubleshooting, upgrades, and process improvements to support learner and business needs.
• Develops instructional materials, facilitator guides, presentations, training videos, tutorials, and other learning resources.
