Job summary

Harvey AI is seeking a Manager, Learning & Certification Architecture to define how customers learn Harvey and to build scalable learning. You will own the learning strategy across Harvey Academy, Help Center, and in-product education, crafting content in writing, video, and audio, and establishing workflows and quality gates.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in learning design for a technical product, with 2+ years in leadership.
• Proven track record building curriculum/certification programs with competency models.
• Hands-on in writing, video or audio content.
• Fluency with AI tools and designing model-assisted workflows.
• Experience with Sanity CMS and Skilljar LMS; use learning data to drive priorities.
• Experience teaching lawyers or familiarity with CLE accreditation is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build a leveled, persona-based curriculum for associates, partners, knowledge managers, in-house counsel and admins with outcomes and assessments.
• Define Harvey certification: competencies, exam design, pass standards, recertification, credentials issuance and verification.
• Diagnose learning needs, choose formats, and produce content in writing, video, and audio.
• Design agentic production workflows, including instructional standards and review gates.
• Own publishing, maintenance, and localization across surfaces with Eng and Localization teams.
• Guide designers and certification developer; coordinate with Product, Customer Success, Support and Legal on readiness and metrics.
