Job summary

Harvey is hiring a Manager, Learning & Certification Architecture to shape how customers learn Harvey. You will own the learning strategy across Harvey Academy, Help Center, and in-product education, setting personas, outcomes, and formats.

You will draft content from product sources and lead a team of learning experience designers and a certification developer. The role combines hands-on content creation with leadership, shaping certifications, exams, and recertification processes while

Qualifications

• 5+ years in learning experience design or learning architecture for a technical product.
• 2+ years of leadership experience.
• Hands-on production in writing, video or audio.
• Fluency with AI tools in daily work and designing model-driven workflows.
• Experience running a CMS (e.g., Sanity) and an LMS (e.g., Skilljar).

Responsibilities

• Build a leveled, persona-based curriculum for associates, partners, and administrators with outcomes and assessments.
• Define certification programs, exams, pass standards, and credential verification.
• Diagnose learning needs and produce content in writing, video, or audio.
• Design agentic production workflows and review gates for published content.
• Own publishing, localization, and maintenance across Harvey surfaces with cross-functional teams.
• Guide designers and work with Product, Marketing, CS, Support and Legal on release readiness.
