Censeo Consulting Group is seeking Learning and Engagement Specialists to support the GSA ACES program, developing and delivering learning resources, coordinating training, and driving workforce development. You will collaborate with government leaders, SMEs, and program teams to identify needs, design materials, and promote engagement across a federal consulting environment.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in education, instructional design, HR, organizational development, communications, business administration, public administration, or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience supporting learning and development, training, instructional design, or employee engagement initiatives.
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Experience developing training materials, presentations, job aids, guides, or other learning resources.
• Strong organizational and project coordination skills with ability to manage multiple initiatives and deadlines.
• Ability to translate complex information into clear, accessible learning materials.
• Experience coordinating training sessions and employee engagement activities.
• Ability to collect and analyze participant feedback to identify improvements.
• Attention to detail and commitment to high-quality materials.
• Ability to work with government leaders, program teams, SMEs, and stakeholders.
• Proficiency with MS PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Teams; LMS/virtual platforms a plus.
• Experience supporting GSA or federal agencies preferred.
• ATD/SHRM credentials a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Plan, develop, coordinate, and deliver learning and engagement initiatives.
• Identify learning needs and workforce skill gaps with stakeholders.
• Design and develop training materials, job aids, and guides.
• Coordinate instructor-led and virtual learning activities.
• Support employee engagement events and communities of practice.
• Maintain learning calendars, program schedules, and participant data.
• Assist with communications promoting learning opportunities.
• Collect and analyze feedback to identify trends and improvements.
• Develop reports and dashboards communicating program results.
• Support onboarding and knowledge transfer activities.
