Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience in learning and development, training, instructional design, or related workforce initiatives.
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Experience developing training materials and learning resources.
• Strong organizational and project coordination abilities.
• Ability to translate complex information into clear learning materials.
• Experience coordinating training sessions and events.
• Ability to collect and analyze feedback and program data.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work with government leaders and stakeholders.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and collaboration tools.
• Experience with LMS or learning technologies is a plus.
• Experience with federal government clients is preferred.
• Credentials such as ATD, SHRM, or related are a plus.

• Support planning, development, coordination, and delivery of learning initiatives.
• Identify learning needs and workforce skill gaps with stakeholders.
• Develop training materials, presentations, guides, and learning resources.
• Coordinate instructor-led and virtual learning activities.
• Support employee engagement events and communities of practice.
• Maintain learning calendars and resource libraries.
• Assist with communications to raise awareness of opportunities.
• Coordinate with subject matter experts to organize learning activities.
• Collect feedback and program data to identify trends.
• Develop reports, dashboards, and briefings to communicate results.
• Support onboarding and staff development activities.
• Maintain knowledge resources and standard operating procedures.
• Identify opportunities to improve learning experiences and knowledge sharing.
• Support multiple initiatives in a deadline-driven federal consulting environment.
