Job summary

Censeo Consulting Group is seeking a Human Capital Specialist to support the GSA ACES program in Washington, DC. The role focuses on workforce planning, HR analytics, and program support for government stakeholders.

Ideal candidates bring strong organizational and analytical skills, experience in HR operations, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a federal consulting setting. Hybrid work options are available in downtown DC.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business admin, organizational dev, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Experience in human capital, workforce planning, or HR ops.
• Strong attention to detail and documentation skills.
• Proficient with Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and MS Teams.

Responsibilities

• Support human capital programs and workforce initiatives.
• Assist with workforce planning: collect, organize, analyze data.
• Support talent management and employee development activities.
• Develop workforce reports, dashboards, and presentations.
• Coordinate meetings and stakeholder engagements.
• Document decisions, action items, and deadlines; ensure follow-through.
• Prepare briefing materials for government stakeholders.
