Job summary

Devereux Florida is seeking an Learning and Development Facilitator to train new hires, coordinate recertifications, and help roll out new programs. The role emphasizes strong leadership, classroom and online delivery, and cross-site collaboration in a mission-driven nonprofit focused on behavioral health.

You will present orientation, deploy trainings, and support program development with Devereux Corporate, regulatory and contractual obligations, using in-person, video, and eLearning methods.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Adult Education or related preferred.
• Prior experience in a healthcare setting; mental health, behavioral health, or residential health care experience is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Present orientation and training to new hires.
• Deploy recertification trainings as needed.
• Assist with development and roll out of new trainings in accordance with Devereux policies.
• Facilitate in-person presentations, video conferencing and eLearning.
• Direct individual and group activities effectively.
