Reporting to the Learning and Development Manager, you create and deliver engaging, high-quality learning experiences that strengthen service excellence across the property in facilitating classes, leading, and supporting departmental training. Through real-time coaching, on-the-floor observation, and partnership with the Human Resources team and operational leaders, this role reinforces skills and behaviors that directly shape the guest experience. You engage the operations team to support training needs, facilitate department and team training along with leadership development training, while maintaining brand-standard initiatives. You also provide administration and maintenance of the LMS platform, including course and curricula set-up and curation, system analytics, user activity reporting, and resolution of all other team member user-related LMS issues. By assisting with program design, facilitating engaging instructor led training, and helping launch new initiatives, you play a vital role in developing confident, service-focused team members who consistently deliver the luxury, personalized experiences that drive guest satisfaction.

You work collaboratively across departments, partnering with leaders and peers and align talent with our service standards. Through open communication, you provide thoughtful feedback, ask questions, and seek understanding to strengthen processes and relationships. You set the tone by consistently upholding and ensuring compliance with departmental procedures, including standards for quality, timing, attendance, and appearance. You will follow and ensure all Sea Island safety protocols are consistently met. You maintain situational awareness of your surroundings, keeping an eye on all areas for tidiness and any general maintenance issues, ensuring that all are corrected or reported immediately. You enthusiastically maintain your knowledge of Sea Island's properties, services, and offerings, and share this information with team members, members, and guests. You are generous with your support and help resolve any service issues that arise in a timely and positive way, following up as needed. You are proactive in providing assistance when needed and are willing to help with other duties as requested.
