Mercalis is seeking a Training Specialist to help new hires gain essential skills and ensure current employees excel. Responsibilities include designing training materials, leading training sessions, and delivering compliance training. The ideal candidate will possess a college degree in Communication or Education and excel in interpersonal and communication skills.
