Job summary

Auctane is seeking a Learning & Development Specialist for ShipStation Global Brands Support. This hybrid Austin-based role owns onboarding, content maintenance, and trainer development to drive 75%+ graduation, 90% CSAT, and +35 eNPS.

You will collaborate with Support and Ops, design programs, and enable post-onboarding upskilling. Join a team focused on learner and customer growth, with Docebo, Docebo-related AI tools, and video content creation.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years in a customer-facing role.
• 1-2 years in a SaaS organization.
• 3-5 years in L&D, enablement, or support operations.
• Experience with data reporting, LMS, and content design and video editing tools.
• Proven success aligning training programs to performance metrics.
• Strong facilitation and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Own onboarding program lifecycle and graduation criteria.
• Maintain training content, videos and learning systems.
• Develop trainers and ensure delivery quality.
• Analyze performance data and drive improvements.
• Partner with Support and Ops leaders on training progress.
• Create post-onboarding upskilling roadmaps and knowledge tools.
• Launch recognition programs and embed brand culture.
