Job summary

Daifuku Co., Ltd. is seeking a Learning and Development Specialist to oversee company-wide training initiatives. You will collaborate with management to balance business needs and regulatory requirements while implementing the Learning Management System and managing performance processes.

The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and presentation skills, and a Bachelor's degree in a related field with experience in corporate training environments.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience with LMS programs, experience in Cornerstone preferred.
• Experience with designing multiple training events in a corporate setting.
• CPTD certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create, develop, and manage learning initiatives for new hires and current employees.
• Administer the Learning Management System and Performance Management processes.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and revise training programs based on feedback.

Skills

Proficiency in LMS

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Training, Human Resources, or related field
