Job summary

KabaFusion is seeking a Learning & Development Specialist in Lexington, MA to design and deliver training programs, leveraging LMS tools to improve accessibility and compliance. The role requires developing assessments and measuring training impact aligned with business objectives.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree and at least 3 years of experience in multimedia-enabled training, with strong skills in curriculum development and learning assessment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, human resources, communications, education, or healthcare field.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience developing and delivering training using multimedia and varied methods for diverse audiences.
• Well-versed in communications, education, curriculum development, and learning assessment best practices.

Learning & Development Specialist — Full Time, Lexington, MA

Salary Range: $75,000.00 to $85,000.00 annually

Responsibilities

• Leverage learning management systems (LMS) and other technologies to enhance delivery and accessibility of training programs.
• Ensure training programs comply with relevant regulatory and industry standards.
• Develop post-training assessment tools to demonstrate the impact trainings are having on business objectives; track and trend outcomes.
• Assess participants learning performance; identify needs for additional, specialized, or adaptive instruction.
