Job summary

Veterans Inc. is seeking a motivated and organized trainer/coordinator to ensure our staff have the knowledge, skills, and competencies to support the mission and strategic objectives.

You will assist with needs assessments, design and deploy curricula, and maintain learning resources across programs. Responsibilities include onboarding, tracking compliance, and coordinating instructor-led, virtual, and blended learning while applying adult learning principles and evidence-based practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field required.
• Minimum of two years' experience in training coordination or related role.
• Experience in a non-profit environment preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with organizational training needs assessments with leaders to identify skill gaps.
• Design and implement training programs and materials for program needs.
• Maintain curricula, instructional materials, and learning resources.
• Administer learning management processes and training records.
• Coordinate internal and external training opportunities and attendance.
• Organize onboarding and delivery of instructor-led, virtual, and blended learning.
