You will contribute to talent programs, manage in-person and virtual sessions, and advance career development initiatives.

A strong candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent and at least 2 years in corporate learning, with proficiency in MS Office and excellent communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required.
• Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams).
• Minimum 2 years of progressive learning and development experience.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate in-person and virtual training sessions.
• Edit and update course materials and job aids.
• Partner with leaders to identify capability gaps and propose solutions.
• Develop training communications and session invitations.
• Track course completions within Workday Learning.
• Curate content into learning paths aligned to departments.
• Collaborate on new training programs and learning solutions.
• Measure effectiveness and recommend improvements.
• Support rotational programs and intern programs.
• Guide employees in career development resources.
• Assist in strategic planning of career services initiatives.
• Draft communications to engage the business in development initiatives.
