Job summary

Holman is seeking a corporate learning professional to design, deliver, and measure training programs for a diverse workforce. You will facilitate in-person and virtual classes, edit materials, and partner with leaders to close capability gaps.

This role requires a Bachelor's degree and at least two years in corporate learning, with strong MS Office skills and excellent written, oral, and presentation abilities. Holman offers comprehensive benefits and a hybrid work model.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Excellent written, oral and presentation skills.
• Proactive, organized approach to multitasking.
• Excellent time management skills with ability to meet deadlines.
• Proficient in MS Office programs including Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate existing classes—both in-person and virtual—that support business objectives and team goals.
• Edit and update course deliverables, materials, and job aids.
• Partner with business leaders to identify capability gaps and propose solutions.
• Develop and deploy course communications and invitations.
• Track completions and attendance within Workday Learning.
• Contribute to learning path content aligned with disciplines and employees.
• Collaborate on new training programs and learning solutions with stakeholders.
• Measure effectiveness and impact of learning solutions and recommend improvements.
• Support talent programs including rotational and intern programs.
