Responsibilities

• Design and develop curricula and course guides from needs analysis through delivery.
• Develop learning materials, videos, and job aids for tools and processes.
• Select instructional techniques suitable for audience and content.
• Conduct needs analyses and report findings to leadership.
• Manage project timelines and proposals for initiatives.
• Coordinate with departments to deliver cross-functional learning.
• Test and iterate learning materials before and after rollout.
• Serve as day-to-day contact for L&D vendor partners.
