Job summary

Hermeus Corporation is seeking an L&D Associate in Los Angeles to support learning initiatives end-to-end, manage LMS administration, content creation, and training coordination.

You will collaborate with managers to translate business needs into practical learning solutions, deliver onboarding and compliance training, and help evaluate training effectiveness in a fast-paced aerospace environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Organizational Development, Education, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 1 - 3 years in HR, training, or administrative roles; experience with adult learning practices is preferred.
• Proficiency with virtual training platforms (e.g., WorkRamp, Teams).
• Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and basic e-learning tools.

Responsibilities

• LMS Administration: Load training modules, assign users, manage enrollments, track completion rates.
• Content Creation & Management: Assist in creating and curating learning content and maintain a clean content library.
• Partnering with Team Leaders: Collaborate with managers to translate learning needs into effective solutions.
