Qualifications
- 2+ years of program or project management experience.
- 2+ years of designing, developing, and delivering eLearning content experience.

- Experience implementing full training life cycle to improve organizational training initiatives.
- Have an online portfolio available.
Responsibilities
- Analyze, design, develop, and evaluate training solutions aligned with business objectives.
- Partner with stakeholders and SMEs to gather requirements and create learning content.
- Design and develop engaging multimedia content using authoring tools such as Storyline, Vyond, and Adobe.
- Create storyboards, scripts, and job aids supporting learning objectives.
- Apply adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies to course development.
- Ensure consistency in learning design across programs and platforms.
- Manage multiple projects with tight deadlines.
- Measure and evaluate training effectiveness through assessments.
- Stay current with industry trends and learning technologies.
- Maintain course content and curriculum documentation.
- Provide recommendations for continuous improvement of learning programs.

- 2+ years of program or project management experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, Technical Training, Design, or a related field
- 2+ years of designing, developing, and delivering eLearning content experience
- Experience with eLearning authoring tools and other design programs including: Storyline/Rise 360, Vyond, Adobe Creative Suite, and Camtasia
- Demonstrated ability to create engaging training materials including e-learning courses, instructor-led materials, job aids, and multimedia content
- Experience in a major corporate training environment working on instructional design assignments
- Experience delivering training to both individuals and groups
- Experience implementing full training life cycle in order to improve organizational training initiatives
- Have an available online portfolio
- Experience using data analytics to drive learning strategy and demonstrate business impactExperience with multimedia content creation, or experience with graphic training systems
- Knowledge of HTML and CSS
- Proven competence using an LMS, such as Cornerstone, Moodle, or Thinking Cap
- History of success in fast-paced, global environments
