Qualifications

• Experience coordinating learning programs, apprenticeships, internships, or similar initiatives.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to engage diverse stakeholders.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams) and learning tech.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate learning programs and maintain learning systems and records across Lexicon University.
• Support apprenticeships, internships, leadership development, and employee engagement initiatives.
• Analyze participation data and feedback to improve program effectiveness and compliance.
• Assist with learning content creation, digital resources, and basic video editing.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Education, Business, Communications, Psychology, or related field
