Job summary

Hyatt Regency London - The Churchill is seeking a Learning & Development Officer to support the growth and professional development of colleagues. You will identify training needs, coordinate and facilitate programs, and maintain training records to ensure program effectiveness.

You will collaborate with department leaders to enhance skills, drive performance, and ensure compliance with mandatory training, while promoting a culture of continuous learning and engagement aligned with Hyatt's brand

A Learning & Development Officer is responsible for supporting the learning, growth, and professional development of employees by identifying training needs, coordinating and facilitating training programs, maintaining training records, and monitoring the effectiveness of learning initiatives. The role works closely with department leaders to enhance employee skills, improve performance, and ensure compliance with mandatory training requirements. Additionally, the Learning & Development Officer promotes a culture of continuous learning, supports talent development and succession planning, coordinates external training opportunities, and helps drive colleague engagement and service excellence in alignment with the organization's goals and brand standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Learning & Development, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.

• Excellent presentation, facilitation, and communication skills.


• Ability to design, coordinate, and deliver engaging training programs.
