Job summary

Accorhotel is seeking an experienced Learning & Development professional to design and implement training strategies for staff at all levels within the property. You will partner with department heads to pinpoint needs and tailor learning solutions, while creating materials, presentations and e-learning modules.

You will coordinate sessions, monitor effectiveness, and drive continuous development plans. Expect engaging, audience-focused training aligned with hospitality standards and career

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Learning & Development, preferably within the hospitality industry.
• Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methods.
• Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient with hospitality industry standards and regulations.
