Job summary

Hopscotch Primary Care seeks a Manager, Operations Excellence to design and scale learning programs, oversee the LMS, and create standardized resources. You will partner across the organization to ensure education supports operational excellence and patient care.

Qualifications

• You would be a great fit with 5+ years in learning and development, healthcare operations, or organizational development.
• Experience designing training programs and managing a Learning Management System.
• Strong instructional design, facilitation, project management, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead learning strategy and onboarding programs to support organizational growth.
• Administer Hopscotch's Learning Management System and standardize content.
• Develop scalable onboarding for new clinics and acquisitions; support change initiatives.
• Partner cross-functionally to align training with workflows and priorities.
• Measure training impact with metrics and iterate programs accordingly.
