Job summary

Lennar in Miami is seeking a Training and Development Manager to lead content design, onboarding, and scalable learning systems for the Title and Escrow domain. You will partner with SMEs and leaders to build engaging modules and maintain a centralized library for current processes.

Responsibilities include needs analysis, tracking training metrics, and delivering programs ahead of new systems adoption. This role emphasizes instructional design best practices and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in education, instructional design, or related field.
• 4 years of experience in training, instructional design, or L&D.
• Experience developing training content and facilitating sessions for adult learners.
• Experience with LMS and e-learning authoring tools preferred, especially Articulate 360 and Captivate.
• Experience in title & escrow, real estate tech, SaaS, or financial services is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain training materials including e-learning and guides.
• Collaborate with SMEs and leaders to ensure accuracy and relevance.
• Apply instructional design best practices and maintain a centralized training library.
• Lead onboarding sessions and develop structured onboarding curriculum.
• Administer onboarding assessments and measure training effectiveness.
• Develop metrics for training effects and report to leadership.
