You will lead curriculum development initiatives, translate complex concepts into plain English, and adapt strategies as business needs evolve.

Qualificações

• Clear, plain-English communication that translates jargon back into plain English.
• Proven track record delivering results as an L&D Manager.
• Flexible approach to evolving business needs.
• 6+ years owning outcomes, not just tasks.
• Proficiency in Curriculum Development; willing to learn Differentiation Strategies.

• Spot where Flexibility breaks before it shows up in a dashboard.
• Own one slice of Civic Partners Group's general mission end to end.
• Support daily operations at our Camden site and keep workflows moving.
• Stitch together Flexibility and Instructional Design into one coherent workflow.
• Show up for the unglamorous general maintenance nobody volunteers for
