Job summary

The role emphasizes structured, department-wide training and continuous improvement across the organization. You will build a firmwide onboarding framework, coordinate calendars, and drive 30/60/90‑day training milestones, while supporting internship

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Organizational Development, Education, or a related field preferred, or equivalent work experience.
• Three to five years of experience leading or supporting training and development initiatives required.
• Three to five years of experience working with teams, processes, or operational documentation required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a firmwide Universal Training program that teaches processes, procedures, policies, standards, systems, and expectations.
• Create onboarding, orientation, and re‑orientation processes for employees.
• Maintain a firmwide Training & Development calendar across all departments.
• Develop Basic and Advanced Training programs for department-specific needs.
• Identify SMEs and coordinate training contributors to deliver content.
• Lead training schedules and 30-, 60-, and 90‑day framework implementations.
