Job summary

Korhorn-Financial-Group-Inc is seeking an experienced Training & Development Manager to design, implement, and sustain scalable onboarding, training, and development systems across the firm. You will collaborate with SMEs, leaders, and HR to ensure consistency, effectiveness, and alignment with firm standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Organizational Development, Education, or a related field preferred.
• Three to five years of experience leading or supporting training and development initiatives.
• Three to five years of experience working with teams, processes, or operational documentation.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a firmwide Universal Training program that teaches processes, procedures, policies, standards, systems, and expectations across all members.
• Develop and implement a structured onboarding and orientation process for new team members with exposure to firmwide systems and tools.
• Develop and implement a Re‑Orientation process for existing team members to reinforce standards and support growth.
• Maintain a firmwide Training & Development calendar coordinating onboarding, required trainings, and role-based learning across departments.
• Create role-based 2–3 week training schedules with Hiring Managers for new team members.
• Develop 30-, 60-, and 90-day training and performance review frameworks with milestones and expectations.
• Design and maintain 90-day training roadmaps for roles outlining required systems, SOPs, skills, and performance expectations.
• Evaluate effectiveness of training programs and adjust to improve outcomes.
• Collaborate with leadership to identify skill gaps and develop targeted training plans.
• Coordinate assessments (e.g., Working Genius, skills assessments) for staff.
• Foster continuous learning and professional development across the organization.
• Plan and implement Team Days, firmwide development activities, and leadership development initiatives.
• Create and lead facilitators for book studies and development programs.
• Support intern-to-full-time transition planning in partnership with HR.
• Assist with early-stage candidate screening to align hiring and onboarding.
