Charles River is seeking a senior scientific leader to oversee discovery through regulated GLP and clinical bioanalytical services. You will manage scientific staff, provide direction and mentorship, and maintain strong sponsor relationships while ensuring regulatory compliance of procedures and data management.

This role requires a PhD, 10+ years in contract research or pharma, GLP experience, and proven leadership.

Qualificações

• PhD or international equivalent in a science-related field required.
• 10+ years in contract research or pharmaceutical industry conducting scientific research.
• GLP discovery environment experience and proven management ability.
• Strong communication, analytical and leadership skills.

Responsabilidades

• Provide scientific direction and oversight for discovery through GLP and clinical bioanalytical services.
• Mentor junior staff and manage assigned scientific personnel.
• Develop and maintain sponsor relationships and participate in business development.
• Ensure regulatory compliance of lab procedures, documentation, and data management.
• Lead implementation of new procedures and cross-functional collaboration.
