Altasciences is seeking a Training Lead to drive GLP-compliant training for Research Associates in Scientific Services. You will support planning, scheduling and documentation while mentoring staff and ensuring accurate data collection.

The role requires strong leadership, excellent written and verbal communication, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a collaborative environment. Join a team focused on quality and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma and/or GED required.
• Minimum of 5 years of related experience.
• LAT certification preferred.
• Technical Skills: MS Office Suite and the ability to adapt to new software programs.
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents and industry specific manuals.
• Ability to write advanced reports and correspondence.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Well developed interpersonal skills are required.
• Personal/professional integrity and proven discretion in handling confidential information.

Responsabilités

• Conducts training activities to assure compliance with GLP regulations.
• Provides hands-on training of staff across procedures related to laboratory animals.
• Performs uniform training and assessment across staff in training.
• Mentors new staff and models accurate documentation.
• Fosters teamwork and quality, re-constructible data collection.
• Covers training documentation and SOP adherence; supports study supervisors.
