Job summary

McLane Company, Inc. is seeking a Training Generalist to support teammate development, career growth, and continuous learning across our Phoenix operations.

You will implement division training through stand-up facilitation, workshops, eLearning, coaching, and on-the-job training, and maintain records in the Learning Management System (ELM).

This full-time role offers day-one benefits, annual incentive eligibility, and a comprehensive benefits package aligned with our nationwide logistics teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; 3+ years in learning and development or related field.
• 3 years experience in learning and development, preferably in warehouse operations.
• Strong communication skills for trainings and leadership communication.
• Proficient with Word, Excel, PowerPoint; knowledge of ELM (McLane).
• Experience with warehouse/transportation operations tech is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide just-in-time training aligned with Division goals and teammate learning needs.
• Identify learning gaps with leadership and L&OD teams.
• Determine whether performance gaps are training-related and pursue interventions.
• Deliver learning or systemic interventions to improve productivity.
• Create training materials and act as SME for curriculum projects.
