Job summary

Ateeca Inc. is seeking an experienced learning and development professional to design and deliver instructor-led and blended training, with a focus on DEIB and leadership development, across all levels of the organization.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years of facilitation experience, strong presentation skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and virtual platforms like Teams and Zoom, to engage employees and drive impactful learning outcomes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience facilitating instructor-led training, workshops, or adult learning programs.
• Experience designing and developing instructor-led and blended learning solutions.
• Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
• Exceptional facilitation, presentation, and public speaking skills.
• Experience facilitating discussions related to DEIB and other sensitive workplace topics.
• Experience delivering management and leadership development programs.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills with the ability to engage employees at all organizational levels.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and virtual learning platforms such as Microsoft Teams and Zoom.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
