Job summary

Radiant Systems Inc. in Boston seeks an experienced Learning & Development Facilitator to deliver engaging learning experiences and design impactful training programs supporting employee and leadership development.

You will facilitate instructor-led training in-person and virtually, delivering programs on leadership, communication, emotional intelligence, and inclusive workplace practices, while creating engaging, safe learning environments and measuring outcomes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience facilitating instructor-led training or adult learning programs
• Experience designing instructor-led and blended learning solutions
• Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies
• Excellent facilitation, presentation, and public speaking skills
• Experience delivering DEIB and other sensitive workplace discussions
• Experience delivering management and leadership development programs
• Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and learning analytics
• Articulate Storyline 360 experience is a plus

Responsibilities

• Facilitate instructor-led training in-person and virtual environments

• Maintain accurate training attendance and evaluation records

Job description

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate instructor-led training in both in-person and virtual environments
• Deliver programs focused on leadership, communication, emotional intelligence, team effectiveness, change management, conflict resolution, performance management, and inclusive workplace practices
• Create psychologically safe, engaging, and interactive learning environments
• Manage group dynamics and facilitate sensitive discussions professionally
• Design facilitator guides, participant workbooks, presentations, job aids, and other training materials
• Apply adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies such as ADDIE and SAM
• Partner with SMEs to develop and validate training content
• Analyze participant feedback and learning metrics to improve training effectiveness
• Maintain accurate training, attendance, and evaluation records

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience facilitating instructor-led training, workshops, or adult learning programs
• Experience designing and developing instructor-led and blended learning solutions
• Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies
• Excellent facilitation, presentation, and public speaking skills

• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Microsoft Teams, and Zoom
• Excellent organizational and project management skills
• Leadership coaching or consulting experience
• Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and learning analytics
• Experience evaluating learning outcomes and using data to improve programs
• Articulate Storyline 360 experience is a plus
