Job summary

Uline University is seeking a seasoned Training Lead to design and run onboarding, team-building, and professional development sessions. You will collaborate with business leaders, HR teams, and vendors to ensure programs align with growth targets and business goals. Travel to North American locations is expected.

Ideal candidates bring 3+ years in facilitation and training design, plus management experience, with certifications like DDI, DiSC, MBTI. LMS and eLearning experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or a related field.
• 3+ years in Facilitation and Training Design, plus previous management experience.
• Industry certifications such as DDI, DiSC and MBTI preferred.
• Experience with LMS and eLearning practices a plus.
• Available to travel 20% of the year to Uline’s North American locations.

Responsibilities

• Lead “Uline University” training programs including onboarding, team building and professional development sessions.
• Partner with business leaders, HR teams and external vendors to prepare and execute engaging learning programs that support employee growth and business goals.
• Identify key metrics for learning effectiveness and monitor class survey results to continually improve offerings.
• Develop and mentor Trainers across the organization to drive high-quality learning experiences.
