Summary: We are seeking a Learning & Development Data Manager to lead data management, reporting, and analytics efforts supporting the organization's learning and training initiatives. This role is responsible for managing learning data across systems, developing reporting dashboards, ensuring data accuracy, and providing insights that measure training effectiveness and driver continuous improvement. The ideal candidate combines strong analytical skills with Learning & Development expertise and experience managing data within Learning Management Systems (LMS). Key Responsibilities:

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Data Analytics, or related field
• 3+ years of experience in Learning & Development, HR Analytics, or Data Management
• Experience working with Learning Management Systems (LMS)
• Strong data analysis and reporting skills
• Proficiency in Excel and reporting/BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar)
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with LMS platforms (Cornerstone, Workday Learning, SAP SuccessFactors, or similar)
• Experience supporting compliance or regulatory training reporting
• SQL or data query experience
• Experience in a corporate or professional services environment

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
