Job summary

Endeavor Health in Arlington Heights is seeking a Learning and Development Associate to coordinate instructor-led, virtual, and blended programs. You will manage scheduling, registrations, communications, materials, and classroom setup, while maintaining learning records in the LMS.

You will assist with onboarding, leadership development, and other talent programs, and help with content updates, stakeholder coordination, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Education, Organizational Development, Business, Communications, or related field.
• 1–3+ years of admin support for training, onboarding, or talent programs; healthcare exp. preferred.
• Familiarity with adult learning principles and instructional design concepts.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate logistics for instructor-led, virtual, and blended learning programs, including scheduling and communications.
• Maintain learning records, attendance, evaluations, and reporting in the LMS.
• Prepare participant materials, facilitator resources, and program documentation.
• Support onboarding, leadership development, and other talent programs through admin support.
• Assist with learning communications, websites, and resource management.
• Support EMS Room Reservation System for NCH Learning.
