Job summary

LUV Car Wash is hiring a Learning & Development Manager in Gilbert, AZ. The role blends instructional design, LMS administration, and leadership development to build scalable programs for a fast‑growing frontline workforce.

You will design content, collaborate with SMEs, and implement structured learning roadmaps across the employee lifecycle, with on‑site collaboration and regular regional training support.

Qualifications

• Design and develop training programs using ADDIE/SAM or comparable frameworks.
• Create facilitator guides, participant workbooks, job aids and video scripts.
• Collaborate with SMEs to translate technical content into learner‑centered material.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field; CPLP or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Apply adult learning principles to design training across modalities including SCORM‑compliant modules.
• Develop training materials: guides, workbooks, job aids, quick-reference cards, and video scripts.
• Collaborate with Operations, HR, and Field Leadership to translate content for learners.
• Design and maintain Manager‑in‑Training and Train‑the‑Trainer programs.
• Map competency frameworks to learning pathways and 30/60/90‑day plans.
• Serve as LMS administrator: shells, paths, enrollment, assignments, reporting.
• Monitor completions, scores, certifications; ensure audit‑ready records.
• Troubleshoot LMS access and content delivery; escalate as needed.
• Travel regionally up to 25% to support training delivery.
