Responsibilities

• Assess training needs and develop, deliver, and evaluate learning programs.
• Collaborate with leaders to align training with business goals.
• Analyze HR data to identify trends and provide insights.
• Design learning resources across multiple delivery channels.
• Engage learners, assess outcomes, and support development.
• Prepare complex documents and summarize data for reports.
• Resolve training process queries and escalate as needed.
• Contribute to development centers and train assessors.
• Stay current with industry best practices in learning and development.
