Job summary

OpenKrill is seeking a Senior Learning Developer to work remotely with a focus on AI-enabled learning content. You will transform technical material into engaging formats and leverage tools like After Effects to create motion graphics and explainers. The role requires collaboration with distributed teams and a strong portfolio.

You will apply brand standards, support rapid and polished learning experiences, and manage multiple projects while partnering with subject matter experts.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in learning development, instructional design, or a related field.
• Ability to collaborate effectively among distributed teams with daily overlap in U.S. Central Time.
• Experience supporting learning programs in AI, infrastructure, data center, cloud, engineering, or other technical environments.
• Visual design and information design skills with a strong portfolio preferred.

• Leverage generative AI tools to shape content, accelerate production, explore creative solutions, and enhance learning experiences
• Apply established brand standards across all deliverables
• Adapt development approaches to support both rapid-turnaround projects and polished learning experiences
• Partner with subject matter experts to clarify complex concepts and address content gaps
• Independently manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines using project management and collaboration tools
• Publish, maintain, and optimize learning content within learning management systems

What We Need to See

• Experience with Adobe Learning Manager, Synthesia, ElevenLabs, Lottie, or comparable content creation and animation tools
• Familiarity with Storyline, Rise, Captivate, Camtasia, or similar eLearning authoring platforms
