The Learning Design Professional II analyzes and organizes content, designs solutions, and assists in writing all training content development for the Member Services alignment. This individual partners with Senior Learning Design Professionals to analyze learning needs, provide input for course content, and develop business solutions. They write effective learning objectives, coordinate performance assessments to measure training effectiveness, and ensure course materials are current and relevant. Responsibilities also include maintaining and updating resources, scheduling reviews of training modules, tracking changes, and analyzing training effectiveness through learner engagement, proficiency testing, and job performance improvements. The role involves developing basic online learning materials and remote instructor-led courses, utilizing collaborative tools, and adhering to guidelines to support organizational performance and compliance.

$59,300 - $80,900 per year, commensurate with experience and location. Eligible for bonuses based on performance.
