Responsibilities

  • Support the Professional Education Team in North America by organizing and coordinating educational meetings and events for healthcare professionals and sales teams across the United States.
  • Manage event logistics, including venue selection/setup, catering, attendee communication, and ensure smooth event execution.
  • Assist with contract administration with healthcare professionals in collaboration with the Professional Education Team.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (Travel, Legal, Compliance, Finance) to ensure program compliance and consistency.
  • Manage vendor relationships, including sourcing, contracting, invoicing, and billing, within budget.
  • Provide updates on program status and address issues or opportunities proactively.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for event attendees for inquiries related to enrollment, schedules, travel, and accommodations.
  • Support HCP contract administration through engagement systems, ensuring compliance with federal regulations.
  • Coordinate and manage program materials, ensuring availability and quality for each event.
  • Develop and analyze post-event surveys to gather feedback and improve future events.
  • Maintain accurate records of all event details and documentation for audits and future reference.
  • Ensure all events adhere to budget and regulatory guidelines, seeking cost-effective solutions.

Qualifications

  • At least 2 years of experience in event management, project management, training, or related fields; experience in a corporate educational setting is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • Experience with contract administration, preferably in healthcare or medical devices, is advantageous.
  • Ability to travel domestically up to 30%, including overnights and weekends.
  • Customer-focused mindset with excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with event management platforms or LMS.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills for logistical challenges.
