Arizona State University’s W. P. Carey School of Business in Tempe seeks an Assistant Manager of Learning Design and Innovation to lead advanced instructional design efforts and supervise a team of staff.

You will partner with faculty on course design, learning technology, accessibility, and innovative teaching approaches. Reporting to the Manager of Learning Design & Innovation, you’ll oversee projects, align priorities, coach staff, and foster collaboration across units.

Qualifications

• Advanced instructional design principles and evidence-informed teaching practices.
• Experience building partnerships with faculty and subject-matter experts.
• Ability to lead complex instructional design projects and initiatives.
• Experience supervising or leading professional staff.

Responsabilités

• Serve as an advanced instructional design partner to faculty and units, designing and improving courses and learning experiences.
• Directly supervise an assigned group of LDI staff, providing coaching and development.
• Translate priorities into coordinated execution across staff and workstreams; monitor progress and adjust as needed.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, workflows, and learning technologies; implement approved improvements.
