Job summary

Arizona State University’s Learning Engineering Institute seeks a Senior AI Product Manager to lead AI-enabled product strategy and development. You will work with researchers, engineers, UX designers, and data scientists to translate research into scalable products that improve learning outcomes.

You'll drive product vision, manage roadmaps, and measure impact through learning analytics, while advancing responsible AI and privacy-preserving data platforms in a dynamic, grant-funded environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and five years of product management experience with supervisory exposure.
• Experience managing AI or enterprise digital products in academic or mission-driven contexts.
• Ability to translate research insights into product strategy and roadmaps.
• Strong ethics awareness in AI and understanding of learning technologies.

Responsibilities

• Define product vision and strategy for AI-enabled LEI products.
• Lead cross-functional teams including researchers, engineers, and designers.
• Translate user insights into actionable requirements and roadmaps.
• Measure impact with analytics and guide continuous product improvement.
• Communicate progress, plans, and outcomes to stakeholders and leadership.
• Manage launches, adoption, and training materials across units.
