Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and three (3) years of experience appropriate to the area of assignment/field; OR, Any equivalent combination of experience and/or training from which comparable knowledge, skills and abilities have been achieved.

Responsabilités

• Lead the design, delivery, and continuous improvement of Universal Learner Courses (ULCs) within the Humanities and related disciplines.
• Supervise a multidisciplinary team including instructional designers, course managers, and staff.
• Partner with faculty, instructional design and media teams, and learner success partners to uphold Learning Enterprise standards.
• Lead data-informed planning and process improvements to strengthen scalability, efficiency, and instructional excellence.
